Refund and Shipping Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any products unless they are damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

We may request that you provide photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item before we can process your request.

Please note that shipping costs for any returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REPLACEMENT/REFUND EXEMPTIONS

We will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a produced product in case of:

  • Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

  • Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

  • Rejected Packages - We will not issue a refund for rejected products

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

We strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped out as soon as possible. Our standard shipping time is 1-5 days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or holidays.
